50% in advance and 50% against shipping documents

Sample policy – free samples before ordering are available, however, freight must be the importer's responsibility. If the sample requires phytosanitary, we only operate with phytosanitary issuance by DHL. Sample shipping costs will be deducted from a future purchase.

The importer must be registered with the destination's consenting parties and obtain an import permit for clearance to avoid container demurrage. If the importing country requires a phytosanitary or fumigation certificate, container handling fees at the port of origin will be added.
